No more starving artists

As we have our bread recipe,now we need something more serious to bite. In our family everybody loves fried chicken liver or pate. First I roasted cutted onion and add grated carrot after an onion became goldish colour. Finally I added cutted chicken liver and salt and some seasoning if you like spicy. Also you can add a few spoons of sour cream or mayonnaise and roast until  ready around 15-20 minutes.  I like it as it was fried, but my kids love it as a pate, so you can grind it up and enjoy!
